Development Audit

Evaluates all aspects of current development functions including: staffing, budget, cost/benefit analysis of specific campaigns, utilization of leadership volunteers, record keeping, planned cultivation, and personal solicitation efforts.
 
Pre-Campaign Assistance

Review strategic plan, proposed case for support, existing resources, and offer specific recommendations tied to an action plan to strengthen readiness.
