Services are determined in advance on a fee for service basis, and are never based on a percentage basis.

For capital and major gifts campaigns, KBCG Consulting outlines a complete campaign budget to allow organizations to accurately plan for every expense. This budget includes consulting fees, travel, temporary staff, office space, campaign materials, printing, postage, telephone, cultivation events, campaign meeting expense, and the costs associated with campaign celebration and volunteer recognition. Total expenses are generally five to seven percent of the campaign goal.

Our consultants are prepared to answer your questions and further assist you in all phases of campaign planning and management. We are prepared to provide you a cost free initial assessment of our plans and provide a recommendation on your next steps.

Successful capital campaigns demand an involved and engaged leadership team of local senior volunteers, executive staff, and the consultant. Our consultants actively participate in all aspects of leadership recruitment, prospect identification and cultivation, and gift solicitation.
